Stay out of our small businesses and local banks. We don't want you or your minions screwing all of that up, too.
Local banks are lending money to credit worthy companies, as it should be. On the other side, getting into debt (a/k/a/ spending) does not lead to recovery.
Get the hell out of our way and stay the hell out of our way.
