For all those entertainers who are boycotting Florida, who cares?  For the people who think boycotting Florida until they change their stand-your-ground law is somehow noble, you are working from a state of pure emotionalism.  You are just pawns being used by the Obama Administration.  Will you also be boycotting all the other states with stand-your-ground laws?  So many bad things happen when the mob is in an emotional frenzy.  Reminds me of sharks feeding.

Instead,  why don't you channel that emotional energy to places like Chicago or DC and do some good works there?  Many people are being killed daily in Chicago, and no 'celebrities' are boycotting that place.

"Many states have some form of stand-your-ground law. Alabama,[14] Alaska,[15] Arizona,[16] California,[17][18] Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa,[19] Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana,[16] Maine, Massachusetts (though the term is used very loosely there),[20] Michigan,[16] Mississippi, Missouri, Montana,[16] New Hampshire,[16] North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma,[16] Pennsylvania,[21] Rhode Island,[22] South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee,[16] Texas,[23] Utah,[24] West Virginia,[16] Wisconsin[25] and Wyoming have adopted Castle Doctrine statutes, and other states (Iowa,[26] Virginia,[27] and Washington) have considered stand-your-ground laws of their own.[28][29][30] "

"The Florida version of the law states that "a person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.""
