First, only $500 a month? Better check those figures again. And when the unemployment benefits paid for by the employers turn into SUBSIDIES (a grant by a government), workers do (tax payers) get upset over it.
Second, what oil company subsidies?!!? Remember, a subsidy is a grant by a government. Where are these subsidies coming from? Oil companies produce jobs and pay plenty in taxes and fees. There are no subsidies.
